Project’s purpose: reliability and quality supply improvement through modernization of substations, dispatching offices and control systems; competition level development by means of creation conditions for stable functioning of a wholesale power market and transmission network access improvement; operational expenses decrease; increase of provided services by “KEGOC” JSC
