New railway road is an important part in a new transnational path “North-South”. This route is in demand and economic efficiency as a railway road shall be connected to the transport network of Europe and Asia. The importance and significance of construction of railway road “Uzen – state border with Turkenistan” as a part of an international transit route “North-South” was mentioned in an annual speech to Kazakhstan population by President of Republic of Kazakhstan. The road shall open access to Kazakhstan products to the Persian gulf market. Railway road “Uzen-state border with Turmenistan” has decreased earlier existing land territories on 600km. Description of “Promstroy-Energo” scope of works The task that was put beyond “Promstroy-Energo” company was to create electric power infrastructure of constructed railway road.
